Company Glass beads, s.r.o. is registered as payer of VAT in the Czech republic and all customers from the EU can apply for sending the registration by fax.

All prices in our e-shop are showed with VAT and without VAT. If you are registered as VAT payer you will receive goods in prices without VAT.

Customer has all rights to return goods bought in our e-shop, in an accord with relevant laws, in condition taht he does so the latest till 10 days after taking over the goods and the goods is not damaged and in an original package. If these conditions are realized, the customer will obtain back full purchase price. In case of not realizing these conditions, the goods can be returned back only after previsous agreement in written form from our company and we reserves the right to charge 30% of purchase cost the customer.

If customer has claim he has to make it in an accord with relevant laws and the claim have to be in a written form and not so latest till 10 days after taking over the goods.
