Company Glass beads s.r.o. is registered as payer of VAT in the Czech Republic and all customers from the EU can apply for sending the registration by fax.

2. Prices of goods

All prices are without VAT 21% (value added tax) an with VAT 21%
For every order is issued tax invoice which is send to customer together with goods
There is no minimal quantity for order

3. Ordering goods

You can place an order:

  a) on-line in our e-shop www.koralky-glass4u.cz

  b) by e-mail - to email address info@glass4u.cz

It is possible to order using email but it is necessary to write us: exact name and code of goods, ordered quantity (pcs) and delivery address, your email address and phone number and also type of payment.

4. Type of payment

  a) bank transfer  

send payment to our bank account number 78-6257990297/0100, IBAN: CZ2401000000786257990297, BIC: KOMBCZPPXXX, name of bank account: Glassbeads s.r.o., bank: Komercni banka, a.s.
Amount to be paid we will receive from us when the order will be prepared - do not send any payment sooner. Goods will be sent immediately when we will receive your payment

  b) credit card

We accept VISA and EUROCARD/MASTERCARD. This way of payment is strongly recommended because there no other fees for you. Total amount in EUR will be converted using exchange rate of Czech National Bank to CZK (Czech Crowns) because we can not receive EUR when the payment is done by credit card. You will receive email where you will find the link and after clicking on this link you will be able make safety credit card payment. Credit card payment system is from company Global Payment Europe - Pay MUZO - secured by 3D secure.

5. Prices of transportation

Complete price list of transportation you will receive on request, contact us by email info@glass4u.cz or mobile phone +420724034299. For all shipments outside of European Union we are charging 15,00 EUR (without VAT) for making custom documents.

6. Delivery conditions

All goods we have in our stock and after packing it is immediately prepared for taking
Your order is usually prepared for shipment during 1-3 working days.
Goods is shipped using by Czech post or another shipping company

7. Canceling order

Order is obligatory for both sides. If there is any mistake please contact us using email info@glass4u.cz or phone +420724034299

8. Withdraw from contract

Customer has all rights to return goods bought in our e-shop, in an accord with relevant laws, in condition that he does so the latest till 14 days after taking over the goods and the goods is not damaged and in an original package. If these conditions are realized, the customer will obtain back full purchase price.

9. Security of personal data

Our most priority is reliable transaction of your orders or your possible claims as well as the protection of your personal data.
Information about customers are hold according to the valid law of the Czech Republic mainly to the Personal Data Protection Act number 101/2000Sb.

E-shop is registered administrator of the personal data and all the information about customers uses only for its purpose and does not provide to another person except external transporters who need some minimal personal data for the perfect delivery of products.

Without the express assent we treat your personal data according to the Personal Data Protection Act number 101/2000Sb., mainly paragraph 5, letter 2, letter b) and paragraph 5, letter 6.

Our client´s personal data are fully protected from trespassing and are hold on backed up servers which are the property of the company e-net international s. r. o. (Ltd.).

10. Discounts

a) Quantity discount

If your order total amount (without VAT) will be more than certain price (only for products, not for the transport etc.) you will automatically received the quantity discount. Those discounts are following:

  EUR 20 - 5 % from the order goods
  EUR 40 - 8 % from the ordered goods
  EUR 80 - 10 % from the ordered goods
  EUR 220 - 15 % from the ordered goods
  EUR 435 - 20% from the ordered goods

b) Special discount

We can offer you special discount - mainly for wholesalers or when you are repeating your orders more often
